Cancellation Policy
48 hours or more in advance—no fee. Less than 24 hours in advance—30% of the cost of services booked. No call no show—50% of the cost of services booked. All sales are final, once service is rendered there is no option for store credit or refunds. $50 deposit is required for ALL color appointments for new clients. Deposit will be applied to remainder of service cost at check out. No call no show— no transfer of deposit.
